North Texas 16-Year-Old Makes First Media Appearance Since Skydiving Accident

WHAT: First media appearance of Makenzie Wethington since her skydiving accident in January. Makenzie will make brief remarks and take questions from the news media.

(Makenzie was admitted to Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas on January 31 after she was injured in a skydiving accident in Oklahoma.)

WHEN: Thursday, Feb. 13 at 9:30 AM (Members of the news media can begin setting up at 9AM.)

WHERE: Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, 3500 Gaston Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75246.

The press conference will be held in the Sparkman Library on the first floor of Robert's Hospital. Closest parking is available in garage 4 on Junius Street or lot 19, which is on the corner of Hall Street and Worth Street.
